I have been meaning to post something about last weekend I went to tamworth snowdome, not a place that I had ever considered going before but thanks to moby had a really good weekend. all I can safely say I is that I had such a good time with carol & good friends, only two days away felt like a real holiday.

time to realise the good things >>

its a long weekend ahead for me (a bit of a break with the may bank holiday on monday). realising that I have been so up myself in the last few weeks. I am going to make a real effort to relax and concentrate on the important things, in other words the things I can do something about. rather than the stuff others control. its a chance to enjoy the area I have chosen to live in and the people I live with. 

after work today I went to the dentist today for a routine check up. he found nothing wrong so I don't have to go back for a year, that's a good start.
